Delia’s Christmas Cake

We all know how amazing Delia’s baking tastes so we have included her Christmas cake here for you. You will need a 20cm round, or 18cm square tin, greased and lined with a double thickness of baking parchment.  You will need to start this cake the day before you want to cook it. Delia’s Mulled Wine

Delia’s traditional Christmas Pudding

You will need to start this pudding the day before you want to cook it, you will need a 1.2 litre pudding basin, lightly greased, baking parchment, foil and string, and a traditional of fan type steamer.

Delia’s Almond Icing (Marzipan)
